Export Control & Dual-Use Policy

As an international trading company, NUT is committed to responsible global trade and compliancewith applicable export control regulations.

We follow European Union regulations governing dual-use goods, including Regulation (EU) 2021/821. Dual-use items are products, software, or technologies that may have both civilian and military applications and may therefore be subject to export control requirements.

Our compliance approach includes:

identifying products that may fall under export control regulations

screening customers, suppliers, and transactions against relevant sanctions lists

ensuring compliance with licensing requirements where applicable

maintaining appropriate documentation for international transactions

NUT reserves the right to decline any transaction that may violate export control laws, sanctions regimes, or other applicable international regulations.
