As we continue expanding into new business areas, including aviation spare parts, we made a strategic decision to certify our processes, as this standard is especially important for aviation customers and partners. The preparation took almost half a year and included a detailed review, alignment, and documentation of all key workflows across the company. This work helped us strengthen the clarity, consistency, and reliability of our daily operations.
