Sales Development Manager (Automotive/Aviation Parts)

NUT is a fast-growing international group of companies specializing in the wholesale and brokerage of automotive spare parts. With over 2,000 clients worldwide, we combine competitive pricing, smart logistics, and in-house developed IT tools to support B2B customers across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond. In 2023, NUT reached a turnover of EUR 23 million, and in 2024 the company grew by 23%, expanded into Argentina, and welcomed 32 new clients to its global portfolio.

We are looking for experienced Sales Development Managers to join our international team to support this continued growth. We are hiring professionals who speak French, Spanish, Italian, or English, with proven sales experience in the automotive or aviation spare parts wholesale/brokerage industry.

What You Will Do

What You Will Do

  •  Actively look for new B2B clients in Germany, France, Italy, or other markets based on your language
  • Increase NUT’s market share in your region
  • Develop business opportunities with existing clients
  • Communicate with decision-makers and top-level managers in international companies
  • Select the right solutions for clients and present proposals
  • Handle the full sales process – from first contact to signed deal
  • Make sure orders are completed on time and payments are received
What We Expect

What We Expect

  • At least 1 year of active B2B sales or business development experience in the spare parts industry (automotive or aviation, wholesale or brokerage)
  • Fluency in French / Spanish / Italian / English (at least one required); additional languages are a plus
  • Know international trade processes and documentation
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with business clients
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Comfortable using Excel and other digital tools; experience with MS Dynamics NAV is a plus.
