Price Lists Built Around Your Demand

Most suppliers send you their full price list. We send a narrow one: you subscribe to the brands and product groups you actually buy, and we concentrate our sourcing on those items. Less noise for your purchasing team, sharper prices on what matters.

From RFQ to Delivery

1. Send Your RFQ

Part numbers, brands and quantities (ideally in Excel) plus your delivery country – via the form or [email protected].

2. Receive a Quote per Brand

We quote your RFQ from our brand price lists, with price and availability for each brand.

3. You Confirm, We Order

Once you confirm, we confirm price and delivery date with the manufacturer and place the order on your behalf.

4. One Consolidated Delivery

All brands ship to you together from our Magdeburg hub.

Multiple Brands, One Shipment

We work on a cross-docking basis: goods from each manufacturer arrive at our hub in Magdeburg, are sorted per customer order and dispatched as one shipment. Fewer deliveries, simpler goods receiving, one point of contact.

Consolidation in Germany

Export customs clearance is handled in Germany.

International Delivery

We coordinate delivery to your warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide price lists?

Yes. Registered B2B customers subscribe to the brands and product groups they are interested in and receive price lists for those, not the full catalogue.

Do you hold stock?

No. We work on a price-list and cross-docking basis: parts are ordered from the manufacturer against your confirmed order, consolidated in Magdeburg and shipped to you. Delivery times are confirmed in your quote.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes – from EUR 5,000 per brand, confirmed in your quote.

What is Your NUT account?

Your online account with NUT: subscribe to price lists for the brands and product groups you buy, upload RFQs and track your quotes in one place. Launching November 2026.

Can you source hard-to-find parts?

Yes. Send an RFQ and we check availability with our suppliers.

Which brands can you supply?

European and Asian brands such as Schaeffler, Gates, ZF, Mahle, MANN-FILTER and Brembo. Through our group company UAB NUT LT, we work under agreements with manufacturers and brand representatives, including Bosch, MFilter, NGK and NTK. Other brands are sourced through our established supplier network.

Which vehicles do you cover?

OE, OEM/OES and aftermarket parts for passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles.

Who do you work with?

Only B2B: auto parts distributors, wholesalers, traders and e-shops, as well as aviation operators and MRO for aviation parts.
